It is with the deepest sadness that the family of Cheryl Smy (nee Card) announce her passing on 21st November after a bravely-fought illness.
The loving wife of Mark (and their twins Allegra and Emilia), much-loved daughter of Margaret, mum to Daniel and Marcus Adlard and a devoted grandma, Cheryl will be sadly missed.
A Celebration of Life Service will take place at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Monday 6th December at 1.45pm.
Family flowers only please with donations if desired to Primrose Hospice at Bromsgrove where Cheryl received devoted care.
