On Saturday 20 January, officers were called to Bath Street, 0.6 miles from Holker Street.

Following an incident between Barrow and Crewe fans, a teenage boy was arrested.

As a precautionary measure, a dispersal order was put in place by Cumbria Police until 7:30pm.

This gave officers extra powers to stop-and-search people, preventing violence.

Cumbria Police said: "This incident is believed to involve mainly young people and teenagers.

"As such, we would encourage parents to speak to young people about the impact of their behaviour and be sure of where they are and what they are doing when out."

Cumbria Police put a dispersal order in place until 7:30pm (Cumbria Police).

Crewe took 374 fans to Cumbria, with the Alex taking the three points home in a 3-1 win.
