BROADHURST rounded off an unbeaten campaign with a 4-2 win over JS Bailey in the CREWE REGIONAL SUNDAY LEAGUE.

The Northwich side had already won Group B of the end-of-season tournament before their final game and they were made to work hard for the win. The top club had to come from two down as Connor Jones and Greg Bailey netted for the hosts.

Tom Hassall fired a second-half hat-trick and Kane Ode was also on the scoresheet for Broadhurst.

Sandbach Town continued their recent good form when they ran riot with a 12-0 hammering of White Horse, helped by five goals from Matthew Timms. Gary Cardno got netted four times and Jay Street, Tony Fidzewicz and Fred Dobberson were also on target.

Talbot retain top position in Group A after winning their local derby against Nantwich Pirates 3-1. After a goalless first half, Pirates took the lead with a goal from veteran Wayne Garnett, before Talbot took control with goals from Ryan Moss, Joe Goodier and Jordan Bennion.

Princes Feathers beat Cuddington 5-3 thanks to goals from Dalton Parker, Adam Pickering, Kane Trigg, Habib Kanteh and an own goal.

While Winnington SC move into second place after a 6-1 victory over C & N Utd. Jake Bayley and Tom Gough both scored twice, with Craig Humphries and Reece Barrett each scoring once. Tom Lloyd netted for the visitors.
