Woman taken to hospital following collision at Crewe junction

A woman was taken to hospital as a "precaution," following a two-vehicle collision at a junction in the West End of Crewe.

On Wednesday 7 February, Cheshire Police received reports of an incident on West Street, at its junction with Ford Lane.

At around 7:23am, two vehicles collided with one another, with one woman attending hospital.

Officers closed off a section of West Street while dealing with the incident.

No serious injuries were reported, with no arrests made.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At 7.23am on Wednesday 7 February, police were called to reports of a collision in West Street.

"The collision involved two vehicles. 

No serious injuries were reported in the West Steet collision, with no arrests made (Cheshire Police).

"One woman attended hospital as a precaution but there were no reports of any injuries."
