Every Thursday we round up the best events happening in Crewe over the next three-to-four days.

This weekend is a big one, and we've cherry-picked four Crewe events that you could all go to this weekend.

All events are all-ages, and all kinds of fun. Don't forget, you can promote your Crewe events for FREE on our What's On section

Here's our picks of the greatest things to do in Crewe this weekend!

Thursday Funnies

Kick off your weekend with some funnies.

There is a stand up comedy night at Tom's Tap on Thursday (July 21), Thomas Street.

There will be multiple high-quality comedy acts.

Admission is £5. More info here.

Football

As Rotherham United's ground is at use during the Women's European Championships, the Yorkshire side have been touring the country, and stop off at Crewe this weekend.

The Saturday 3pm kick-off at the Mornflake Stadium is Crewe Alexandria's penultimate pre-season game.

The Alex sweated in Loughborough earlier in the week during the heatwave, and are raring to go against The Millers.

Tickets available on the door.

Saturday Night Dancing

Expect 'Tainted Love' (the Gloria Jones original) to be on the playlist.

Northern Soul is alive in South Cheshire!

Coppenhall Soul @ Coppenhall Club will take place on Crewe's 103 North Street this Saturday night.

Tickets are £3 on the door.

Dancing shoes not provided!

Crewe Loves Cycling

The opening is free, and you are welcome to take pics.

A brand new storage hub for bikes will open at Crewe Station this weekend.

The new Avanti West Coast bike shed on Weston Rd will be opened at 12 noon, Sunday 24th July.

It hopes to encourage people to bike rather than drive to our town's railway station.

The Mayor of Cheshire East will be there, Cllr David Marren is a councillor for nearby Shavington.

And that is it! Have a fantastic weekend Crewe. Are there any big events that we missed?
