This week we have a series of great live shows at Crewe Market Hall featuring a Manchester musical legend and a local band.

1. Tom Hingley at Crewe Market Hall

The former frontman with Inspiral Carpets makes his second appearance in Crewe in as many months on Friday night (November 19). Hingley was part of the Manchester band which charted with hits such as 'This is how it feels' and 'She comes in the Fall' in the early 1990s. While he parted company with the Inspirals 10 years ago, he is still active on the touring circuit his own blues outfit the Tom Hingley Band, fronting an Inspiral Carpets tribute band and also going solo. Expect original songs from across the years including Inspiral Carpets' classics. Check out the times here. 2. The Hustle Band

There will be another great live act at the Market Hall on Saturday night. Again it's free admission. to watch The Hustle, who are a Cheshire band whose saxophone and double bass is sure to get everyone up and dancing.

For details see here.

3. Marc Gallagher

Sunday afternoon at the hall bring a unique talent in ukele player Marc Gallagher.
