Two men charged after large quantity of cannabis seized in Crewe

TWO men have been charged after large a quantity of cannabis was seized in Crewe

Cheshire Police say the charges come after a van was stopped in Lime Tree Avenue at around 6pm last Wednesday (February 3).

John Collins, 32, and Stephen Lloyd, 33, have both since been charged with possession with intent to supply a class B drug.

Police say "a large quantity of cannabis" was seized by officers.

Collins, of Warmingham Lane, Middlewich and Lloyd, of Weaver View, Church Minshull appeared at Warrington Magistrates' Court last Friday (February 5)

They were both remanded in custody and are set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday, March 5.
