THE death of a man in Crewe earlier this year is now not being treated as suspicious.

Two men, aged 22 and 39, were arrested and bailed at the time the body of Mariusz Mokras, 41, was found at a flat in Lord Street on January 3.

Cheshire Police say neither men will face charges and they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.

A police spokesman said: "Following a thorough investigation into the man's death it is no longer being treated as suspicious."

A file is being prepared for the coroner.
