Two local people have been arrested on suspicion of drug offences, following a raid in Crewe West.

On Friday 28 March, Cheshire Police conducted a drugs raid at an address on Fairburn Avenue, off Victoria Avenue.

At 7.40am, officers recovered a number of drug-related items and arrested two people inside the property.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "Officers have arrested two people for drugs offences following a warrant in Crewe.

Two local people were arrested with drug-related items seized (Cheshire Police).

"At around 7.40am on Friday, 28 March, officers conducted a raid at an address on Fairburn Avenue in Crewe.

"A number of items were recovered and two local people were arrested on suspicion of drug offences.
