Three men charged in connection with £5,000 theft from South Cheshire shop

Cheshire Police officers have charged thee men from Manchester - all in connection with a high value theft of stock from a South Cheshire shop.

Michael Bradley, 32 of Old Mill Street, Manchester, Damian Dey, 32, of Coalbrook Walk, Manchester and Ryan Power, 29 of Falkland Avenue, Manchester - were all arrested at 5.15pm on Wednesday (December 13).

These charges relate to an incident reported at 4.20pm that day when police were called to reports of a shoplifting offence at a clothing store on Pillory Street, Nantwich.

The caller reported that approximately £5,000 of stock had been stolen from the store.

Soon after, Cheshire Police officers stopped a white Peugeot van on Princess Road, Manchester.

The trio were all subsequently charged with theft from a shop and bailed.

The three Manchester men will appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday 3 January, 2023 (Wikimedia Commons).
