Friday - Race Night @ Crewe Alex FC Railwaymen Bar & Lounge

Sandbach Travelling Alex (STA) Race Night is live at Crewe Alexandra FC in the Railwaymen Bar & Lounge on Friday 25 October (Ryan Parker).

Sandbach Travelling Alex (STA) Race Night is live at Crewe Alexandra FC in the Railwaymen Bar & Lounge on Friday 25 October.

The first race is at 7.30pm, with the last race at 10.30pm. Tickets are £5 which includes a free prize draw for a drinks hamper.

Come to the historic Crewe Lyceum Theatre for a ghostly gathering in the Studio Theatre on Saturday 26 October (Crewe Lyceum).

Come to the historic Crewe Lyceum Theatre for a ghostly gathering in the Studio Theatre on Saturday 26 October.

Crewe Lyceum has got plenty of tricks and treats in store for you, from UV face painting, drama and dance activities, and some truly ghoulish games.

Be sure to dress to fright as there are prizes to be won for best in sight.

Session one is from 1pm to 2.30pm, with session two from 3.30pm to 5pm.

Tickets are priced at £7 per child (one adult goes free with each child ticket), £7 for an extra adult to attend.

Sunday - The Big Quiz Night @ The Duke of Gloucester

The Big Quiz Night is being held at The Duke of Gloucester, Beswick Drive, on Sunday 27 October (Duke of Gloucester).

The weekly Big Quiz Night is being held at The Duke of Gloucester, Beswick Drive, on Sunday 27 October.

Quiz sheets are on sale from 7.45pm, with the event beginning at 8.30pm.

The quiz hosts have been in business for 17 years. Every team here wins a prize.
