A Crrwe accommodation complex is offering "high-quality" and "affordable" rooms to the local community and business professionals, with aims to operate at 100 per cent occupancy.

Built in 2007, Booth Hall is made up of 800 rooms, one mile east from Crewe Railway Station.

With eight-block accommodation building once operating at full-capacity, Booth Hall is appealing to the people of Crewe to make this happen again.
For potential tenants, a Booth Hall property offers a computer and wifi zone, laundrette, 24/7 reception and security, cycle storage and free parking (150 spaces).
Amenities in the communal area and rented room include a dining table, oven and toaster, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, hob and utensils.

Booth Hall is located just a two-minute walk from Co-op, Aldi, Subway, a 24-hour petrol station, The Duke of Gloucester pub and The Emperor Chinese takeaway.

Every day, there are staff on-site at the accommodation, maintaining its grounds and lawns.
The spokesperson added: "Booth Hall was built by Manchester Metropolitan University to accommodate its international students.
"At its peak, the university would have 4500 to 4600 students. That is where we want to be and Booth Hall plays a key role in this.
