Dementia specialist care village, Belong kicked off the festive season in Crewe with extra sparkle, as it popped open the champagne in celebration of 15 years supporting the community.
This December, the Brookhouse Drive care village hosted live music, anniversary cake cutting and celebrations with residents and their families.
Mayor of Crewe, Cllr Sally Graham, also paid a special visit to mark the milestone occasion.
Belong Crewe's opening in 2010 marked the arrival of the not-for-profit operator's trailblazing approach to the care of older people, with its 'village living' model enabling hundreds of customers to enjoy an active later life, as part of a caring community.

Local people have also benefitted from Belong Crewe's open-door policy, inviting them to join events and make use of on-site facilities, including its bistro, gym, salon, and entertainment venue.
Belong Crewe said: "Partying like it's 2010. This time 15 years ago, the country was under a ton of snow, bringing work, travel, play (and everything) to a halt.
"Matt Cardle was on his way to winning The X Factor. And David Cameron was enjoying his first few months as prime minister.
"And of course, the now legendary Belong Crewe opened its doors to our first customers.
"To celebrate our sweet 15 we threw one of our famous parties, with lots of bubbles, dancing, and reminiscing of happy memories from over the years.
"Believe or not we have five colleagues and our lovely tenant, Violet, who have been part of the family from the very beginning.
"A special thank you to Mayor of Crewe, Cllr Sally Graham, for popping in, as well as the wonderful vocals of Musicires and a lovely speech from Belong CEO, Martin Rix.

"Here's to another fantastic 15 years and beyond."
Over the years, Belong Crewe has built a reputation as a prominent hub in the area, thanks to its involvement in town events, fostering close relations with organisations, schools, and charities, and launching initiatives in support of the whole community.
Belong Crewe has earned numerous accolades, including a coveted place in the UK's top 100 care homes at the inaugural Lottie Awards 2025.
The Brookhouse Drive care village is the town's only 'Outstanding'-rated care facility, a distinction held since its inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in 2017.
