Crewe Lyceum Theatre's Aladdin Christmas Pantomime launched on Friday (December 16) - delivering in every aspect to make a fun-filled family outing.

The Christmas production was filled with professional acting, a gripping storyline and laughs at every turn.

Written by Eric Potts and directed by David McNeill, Aladdin is perfect for families of all ages.

Aladdin at Crewe Lyceum Theatre is filled with a star-studded cast, blended with a mix of promising youth and experienced performers (Ryan Parker).

This blend of traditional Panto slapstick, comedy and musical numbers created a vibrant atmosphere.

The audience were fully engaged in the performance, cheering, singing and chanting to the brilliantly executed scenes.

They well were nothing short of sensational, faultless.

Jamie Kenna started the show on the front foot, getting the crowd to hurl boos his way.

Ste Johnson was the un-sung hero of the Christmas production - delivering a sensational and unforgettable performance of Wishy (Ryan Parker).

The 2022 Coronation Street actor delivered a stunning performance of antagonist, Abanazar.

He even chucked in references to his time on the cobbles - getting a huge reaction from the audience.

Dance star, Louie Spence, was brilliant as The Spirit of The Ring - receiving laughs and cheers at almost every contribution.

Crewe's very own dame and Rainbow TV series legend, Malcolm Lord, returned to The Lyceum for the sixth consecutive time.

This time he played Widow Twankey and was a huge hit with children and adults alike.

Dance star, Louie Spence, was brilliant as The Spirit of The Ring - receiving laughs and cheers at almost every contribution (Ryan Parker).

Canadian actor, Thomas A Chan, delivered an energetic and bubbly version of Aladdin.

He performed alongside Channel Five children's presenter, Kiera-Nicole, who was great as his love, Jasmine.

2020 PPA graduate, Amelia Atherton, played her part in the memorable Panto, expertly playing the role of Genie.

Ste Johnston was the un-sung hero of the Christmas production - delivering a sensational and unforgettable performance of Wishy.

The experienced actor was extremely popular with children - even getting adults into hysterics.

Johnston was back at Crewe Lyceum after performing in the 2012 Panto.

Neither his or the rest of the cast's performances will be quickly forgotten as the audience were served a real Christmas cracker.

Overall, Aladdin was fantastic show from start to finish. It is certainly suitable for the whole family.
