Red Arrows fly over Crewe - seven minutes earlier than anticipated

Red Arrows flew over Crewe seven minutes earlier than initially anticipated - catching local residents off guard.
The RAF aerobatic display team were seen flying over Crewe at 7:10pm last night (August 11).
This was seven minutes earlier than expected with the scheduled flypast over Crewe planned for 7:17pm.
The fast-jets arrived in Crewe from the West after flying over Wales.
From Crewe, the squadron then headed East - passing over the Staffordshire towns of Kidsgrove and Leek.
The Red Arrows finished their flight path at RAF Scampton, Lincolnshire - much earlier than expected.
The Expected Flight Schedule:
- 7pm RAF Valley.
- 7:02pm Over sea.
- 7:04pm Over sea.
- 7:07pm Vicinity of Bryn.
- 7:12pm Vicinity of Ruthin.
- 7:17pm Vicinity of Crewe. (Actual time - 7:10pm).
- 7:23pm North West of Wessington.
- 7:26pm North of New Ollerton.
- 7:27pm South West of North Scarle.
- 7:29pm RAF Scampton.
The Red Arrows travel at a maximum speed of 645mph. They are powered by a single Rolls-Royce Turbomeca Adour Mk 861 turbofan.
Their entire journey flight path from RAF Valley to RAF Scampton was approximately 200 miles.
In the thirty degree heat, it took the squad less than 25 minutes to complete the entire flight.
