RESIDENTS in Crewe are being invited to find out more about their local NHS services at an open meeting organised by hospital chiefs.

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Leighton Hospital, is holding its Annual Members' Meeting on Thursday, November 4 where members of the public will have an opportunity to hear and quiz the trust's board of directors and council of governors.

There will be presentations from staff on infection, prevention and control in Covid and how the hospital trust has restored services following the pandemic.

The meeting provides an opportunity for local people to engage and ask any questions they have as well as learn more about the service improvements that have taken place over the last year at Leighton and the trust's other two sites, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford.

The meeting is being held online via Microsoft Teams and starts at 1.30pm. Anyone wishing to attend should email in advance to [email protected]
