VINTAGE cars found a natural home alongside rail at a Crewe Heritage Centre event.
The 'Off the Rails' car meeting, held on Sunday, featured dozens of European and American cars, vans, trucks, and motorbikes.
Local photographer Jonathan White was on hand to take some great pictures (see gallery).
Classic and retro vehicles were on display outdoors and inside the centre's Exhibition Hall there were famous brands including Aston Martin, BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Jaguar, Jeep, Mustang, Reliant and Rover.
There was also a collection of Crewe-built Whitby Morrison ice cream vans as well as classic and retro motorbikes, including Douglas and Harley-Davidson.
Exhibitors and visitors travelled from Congleton, Northwich, Widnes, Altrincham, Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent.
During the event Crewe Heritage Centre's North Junction Box, APT and InterCity 125 High Speed trains, the Exeter West Box signal box and the exhibition Hall were all open.
'Off the Rails' meetings began at the heritage centre in November 2019, organised by Ken Smith to allow owners of European and American cars, vans, trucks, and motorbikes to get together socially and to display their vehicles.
Ken said: "There was a variety of vehicles across the site with something for everybody no matter what age. It was a proper family day out."
