Thankfully no body was hurt,( only pride ).
As we assess the situation is it the blue Vauxhall car that was hit here turning right into west street,
Obviously then it was struck by the black Peugeot traveling down Vernon way.
Let's look at it now in more detail.
We're any of the drivers distracted or Did any of the drivers misjudged the lights.
Don't forget while approaching the lights traveling up Vernon way from Badger Avenue or Market Street to turn right at the lights heading towards West Street if the arrow in the small box is lit green prompting traffic to turn right with caution, hopefully traffic coming in the opposite direction lights are on red.
This allowing you a safe journey.
But let's be honest even the best of drivers are prone to mistakes.
Glad nobody was seriously injured.

the position of those vehicles does not match the report.
