Police raid Crewe property in county lines operation - seizing illegal knives, drugs and cash
Cheshire Police officers have arrested two men and a boy following a raid at a Crewe property - seizing drugs, a 'zombie-style' knife and cash.
The raid at an address on Darlington Avenue, happened at approximately 9am on Wednesday 1 March.
As part of County Lines Intensification Week, Crewe Beat Team officers obtained a warrant for an address on Darlington Avenue.
During the raid, officers found a large amount of items that were seized.
This included items relating to drug dealing - including cannabis, a large amount of cash and illegal knives.
Two men, aged 26 and 22 were arrested at the Crewe property - along with a 17-year-old boy.
Later on Wednesday, Cheshire Police confirmed the incident to Nub News.
A spokesperson said: "At around 9am on Wednesday 1 March, officers from Crewe beat team executed a warrant at an address on Darlington Avenue.
"Two men, aged 26 and 22, along with a 17-year-old boy were arrested at the address on suspicion of drugs offences.
"Officers also seized a number of items including a quantity of cannabis, a zombie-style knife, a large amount of cash and other drugs paraphernalia.
"All three suspects remain in custody at the current time."
