Police hunt for man with links to Crewe wanted for historic sex offence

Cheshire Police are appealing to the public for help in finding a man wanted with links to Crewe, connection with a serious historic sexual offence.

Tanveer Ahmed, 53, lives in Manchester but has links to South Cheshire and Pakistan.

He is described as an Asian male, 5'10" in height and of a slim build with short black hair.

Tanveer Ahmed is wanted in connection with a serious historic sexual offence (Cheshire Police).

Ahmed is known to use a number of different names and ages, including but not limited to:

  • Hassan Amjad, aged 45
  • Tavir Khara, aged 45
  • Hussain Amjad, aged 45

Anyone with information is asked to contact Cheshire Police urgently via the website, or call 101 quoting 07EZ1958714.
