A popular 'piri piri' chicken fast food chain has applied to serve its food and drink menu until 3am, seven days per week in Crewe.
On Monday 29 January, TZSK Second Ltd, on behalf of Pepe's Piri Piri, Nantwich Road, submitted a premises license application to Cheshire East Council.
The restaurant outlet which launched in Crewe in June 2021, has applied to serve late night refreshment from 11pm until 3am (Monday to Sunday).
The licensing application is on display at the 'The Bank' unit, adjacent to Tigerbite.
Currently, Pepe's is open 11am until 12am (Sunday to Thursday) and 11am to 2am (Friday and Saturday).
Pepe's serves flame-grilled chicken in lemon and herb, mango and lime, mild, hot, extra hot and extreme marinates.
It also sells the likes of chicken wings, burgers, nachos, quesadillas, burritos, wraps, rice, salads, fries, mozzarella sticks, multiple dips and more.
Over the past few years, Pepe's has rapidly grown across the UK, opening its 185th store in Hayes this week (January 31).
Representations to Pepe's application shall be made in writing to Cheshire East Council Licensing Section on or before Monday 26 February.
