Nottingham shoplifters charged after being caught by police on Crewe bridge

Cheshire Police have charged two Nottingham men in relation to shoplifting offences in Crewe, after catching them on a town centre bridge.
At 3.12pm on Wednesday 10 September, police were called to reports of theft from Boots, Grand Junction Retail Park.
The caller reported around £250 worth of items had been stolen from the store.
Officers attended and a silver Audi was quickly stopped on Earle Street Bridge in relation to the incident.

The occupants of the car, two men, were both arrested.
Alis Ciungu, 20, and Nicoli Fruntasu, 26, both of Merchant Street, Nottingham, have since been charged with shoplifting.
The pair have been bailed and are set to appear at Crewe Magistrates Court on Thursday 23 October.
