Show homes have been launched at the site of new 146-home Crewe housing estate, located off Sydney Road.

David Wilson Homes unveiled the new show homes at its Crewe Sydney Place development; a three bedroom Hadley, and four bedroom Kirkdale and Avondale style properties.

Approved in October 2021, the development is located 1.2 miles from Crewe town centre and one mile from the Grand Junction Retail Park.

The Sydney Place deveopment will have a range of three and four bedroom homes (David Wilson Homes).

For those attending the launch weekend in the Sydney Road community, a coffee van was stationed outside the homes, providing complimentary refreshments across the weekend.
