Emergency services rushed to an incident in Crewe close to the town's retail park, after a motorcyclist was hit by a car.

On Wednesday 1 November, Cheshire Police received reports of an incident at Manchester Bridge, next to Grand Junction Retail Park.

Around 2:30pm, officers discovered a white Ford Mondeo had collided with a green Triumph Scrambler motorcycle.

Thankfully, there were no reports of any injuries.

The incident caused a build-up of traffic in the area, with the scene cleared by 3:30pm.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At 2.30pm on Wednesday 1 November police were called to a collision at Manchester Bridge.

"Officers attended the scene and found the collision involved two vehicles, a white Ford Mondeo and a green Triumph Scrambler motorcycle.

Thankfully, there were no reports of any injuries, with the scene cleared by 3:30pm (Cheshire Police).
