A CARE company providing domiciliary care services in Crewe is recruiting for up to 50 roles.

Home Instead say they are particularly interested in career-changers for the new jobs which are available across South Cheshire and are to accommodate a surge in demand for home care services.

The company, which has its headquarters in Nantwich, offers industry-leading pay and conditions along with full training and other benefits.

It says that now furlough has ended "many people are concerned about their job security and may be looking at a change in career".

The company's care model is person-centred with minimum visits of one hour, providing both the client and caregiver with a genuinely rewarding experience.

A spokesperson said: "For some considering care as a career, a lack of previous experience can be a barrier to applying.

"But it may surprise people that caregivers come from a diverse range of careers from ex-marines and service personnel to customer service representatives, airline and hospitality workers, to former nurses and teachers.

"They all share two essential qualities, which is that they all have compassion and a kind nature. After that caring isn't really working as many of them will tell you."

Home Instead provides fully-paid training and to find out more about the roles contact the care company's team on 01270 611 555 or view the latest vacancies here.
