There are currently seven Belong villages, with two more due to open next year. Now there is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join the Belong team and drive the company's values-based recruitment forward.

Duties:

- Develop and lead on strategies to attract and recruit the right people.

- Use excellent planning and project management skills to ensure a smooth flow of communication and coordination between teams.

- Provide management information reports to monitor and evaluate recruitment and retention.

- Develop and manage all internal and external recruitment materials documentation, and communications including online and social media platforms.

- Support teams to identify and deploy recruitment and advertising opportunities.

Nurse Nights

Do you aspire to deliver high quality and person-centred nursing services in an award-winning environment with a cutting edge model of care?

Nurses are a crucial part of the multi-professional team that always puts the customer first. Working across a number of households providing 24-hour specialist care for people living with dementia or those with a nursing requirement, you will need to use your clinical judgement to help customers improve, maintain or recover their health.

You will be a RGN/ RMN with experience of supporting people in a clinical or care environment, ideally with nursing practice knowledge of older people, possess excellent communication skills, high standards of professional practice and the ability to provide leadership.

Most importantly, Belong is looking for an individual with an approach to care that provides everyone with the opportunity to enjoy a pleasurable and meaningful lifestyle in a Belong village.
