You will need a thorough understanding of inventory control and stock movement to be considered for the role of warehouse manager.
You will need to be able to motivate and encourage shift managers and team leader to ensure targets are met.
And you will need resilience and be pace setting as well as being able to offer empathy and emotional intelligence in the working environment.
Pay is £30k to £32k and shifts are 3pm to 11pm Mondays to Fridays with occasional weekend working.
