This week, we're featuring a role accident management firm The Kindertons Group is seeking to fill for a Group Audit Officer

The successful candidate will join the firm's Legal and Compliance team he or she will be responsible for managing and maintaining key governance controls.

Among the role's responsibilities are:

- Delivery of the annual compliance business plan.

- Supporting the delivery of the group compliance monitoring and audit plan.

- Helping to manage obligations under the data protection legislation.

- Audit/risk Management

- Conducting internal and external (third party) audits.

- PI call monitoring

- Vulnerable/TCF customer call monitoring

- Supporting external audits

- Risk control testing

You will need an attention to detail, possess analytical problem solving and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Office apps as well as good communication skills, the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and excellent written skills.

You will need to have experience of working with senior managers and leaders, working in a compliance role in a regulated environment, while also possessing a working knowledge of data protection regulations and be able to work on a wide range of systems.

A competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum is on offer with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays rising with length of service, pension scheme and on-site parking.

The role involves home and office-based working and there is a wellbeing programme.
