This week, we're featuring a role as a Furniture Specifier where you can show your creative skills with an industry leader providing show home interior design and installation to the UK's corporate property development sector.

The role involves working on a variety of show home designs in line with clients' briefs. Alongside a designer, you will be planning the layouts and sourcing the latest in design-led furniture.

Key responsibilities are:

- Working to a design brief to specify, spatially arrange, plan and cost furniture.

- Keeping up to date with furniture suppliers, trends and creative solutions.

- Creating and maintaining budget/costing sheets using Excel.

- Maintaining job files with any changes from original presentation/design.

For this role you will need:

- Experience of working with different furniture suppliers and styles.

- Be proficient in Excel with knowledge of VectorWorks / AutoCAD preferred.

- Have a creative, design-led background and relevant qualifications.

- Be planned and organised with good attention to detail.

- Good 3D awareness.
