A growing Japanese restaurant chain with seven UK outlets is set to open in Crewe town centre.
ISO Sushi will be launching at 40A Market Street in the coming weeks, taking up one half of the former Costa Coffee unit.
With sites in the likes of Hanley, Wolverhampton, Cheadle (Staffordshire), Birmingham and Preston, ISO Sushi specialises in "fresh, healthy and exquisite" Japanese flavours.
Serving the likes of sushi rolls, poke bowls, teriyaki, burgers, ramen, bao buns and more, ISO Sushi will become the first dine-in and takeout Japanese eatery in Crewe.

This development comes as Dixy Chicken will be launching at 40b Market Street, with the old Crewe coffee shop split into two.
In August 2024, Crewe Nub News revealed the three-storey building was under offer after being listed for rent and freehold by property consultants, Kenney Moore.
Work has been taking place at the 1,700 sq ft premises since autumn 2025, with workers confirming to Nub News it is set to become Dixy Chicken and ISO Sushi within the "near future."
The town centre unit was totally stripped out with workers on-site daily to get the new food outlets ready to open.
Crewe Nub News will keep local residents updated on the opening of ISO Sushi.
