Free Festival of Fitness to be hosted by Crewe Lifestyle Centre

By Gwyn Griffiths 16th Aug 2021

CREWE Lifestyle Centre is hosting a Festival of Fitness open day where non-members can try out a range of activities free of charge.

The open day, on August 21, will include free fitness classes including Zumba, Les Mills Body Balance and Body Attack, as well as personal training tasters and free gym sessions.

There will also be group exercise classes available for the whole family to enjoy, including Dance Fit and Family Cycling, while Todd the Tiger will be a special guest.

The centre's operators, Everybody Sport and Recreation, will have expert personal trainers and health and fitness advisors on hand to support people during their workouts.

Operations Director at Everybody Sport and Recreation Dominic Crisp said: "We're really excited to welcome the community of Crewe to the Centre and showcase what we have to offer.

"We've made the day great for the whole family and can't wait to see everyone."

There will also be membership joining offers available and tours of the Lifestyle Centre with a free goody bag for the first 50 new members signing up on the day.

For more information on activities on the day and to book sessions and tours from August 15 visit here.
