The first show homes of a new Crewe residential development will launch this September, after properties were listed for sale in May.

Taylor Wimpey will open the doors of its first show homes at Millbrook Place, off David Whitby Way, at 11am on Saturday 21 September.

The 305-home Millbrook Place will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties, all built using timber frame methods.

This development will have large areas of public open space including a play area, art trail and trim trail, as well as connectivity to nearby walking and cycling routes.

Customers will be able to visit the Manford, Coltham and Braxton showhomes this September.

Sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North West, Jennifer Burns, told Nub News: "We are really excited to be opening the doors of our showhomes at Millbrook Place this month.

"In the few weeks since launching for sale, we have had plenty of enquiries and we know customers are very keen to get on site and experience it in person.

"We have a number of different ways to help you move, from schemes like Part Exchange to financial incentives, and the best way to find out which could work for you is to speak to our friendly sales team.

"I would urge anyone interested in finding out more to visit us on opening weekend."

Taylor Wimpey bought the residential phase of the Basford East site, where Millbrook Place is located, from Homes England.

The government's housing agency delivered the primary infrastructure works to serve the residential, employment and local centre development.

It also provided £4.2 million in Section 106 Contributions towards education, bus services and sustainable transport in the local area, as well as making improvements to Weston Cemetery.
