Firefighters called out to garden fire on Crewe estate

FIRE officers put out a blaze in a garden in Brookhouse Drive.

A fence panel was found to be well alight at the property when a fire crew from Crewe Fire Station arrived at around 9.15pm. They used one hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.

A Cheshire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said the cause of the fire was likely to be accidental.
