Crewe woman charged over fatal crash that claimed life of 22-year-old

A Crewe woman has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, following a fatal crash that claimed the life of a 22-year-old woman.
Debra Green, 53, of Salisbury Close,, has been charged by Cheshire Police in connection with the death of Tallie Brazier, from Oswestry.
The charges relate to a collision on the A5117 at Elton, between Ellesmere Port and Chester, in April 2024.
The incident involved a green Hyundai Veloster and a grey Vauxhall Astra.
As well as causing death by dangerous driving, Green has also been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving to a man who was 23 at the time of the collision.
Following a two-year investigation, Cheshire Police has confirmed Green is due to appear before Chester Magistrate' in August.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "Debra Green has now been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
"The 53-year-old, of Salisbury Close, Crewe, is set to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court on Friday 7 August."
