A CREWE woman is will hike a 26-mile marathon along the Dorset coast to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Sioned Taylor, who works at Cheshire College - South & West, is participating in the Jurassic Coast Mighty Hike on Saturday, September 4, along with her pals Cheryl and Louise.

The hike will take the trio along some of the country's stunning coastal scenery on England's first natural World Heritage Site, taking in famous sights such as Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove.

Sioned said: "Macmillan do such a fabulous job supporting people with cancer. We wanted to do something to support and give back, as well as taking on a challenge following a difficult year with the pandemic.

"We can't wait to do the walk and we know any blisters we get will be well worth the cause. We will be updating everyone along the way and sharing the beautiful scenery we will no doubt see. Everyone's support is very much appreciated."
