GEORGE and Dragon are the early leaders of the Premier Division after a crushing 10-0 win over NHB.

Matty Waller scored five for the home side and Olly Mcdonough netted a brace. Liam Lewis, Joe Pointon and Robbie Hatton were all on the scoresheet as G&D made it two wins from their opening two fixtures.

Faddiley eased to their first win of the season in a re-arranged fixture with The Raven. The clubs were paired together after their original games with Willaston White Star and Crewe Athletic were cancelled because of a positive Covid-19 test.

League secretary Dave Cooper says both clubs deserve credit for showing co-operation and flexibility accommodating the rearrangement at short notice.

Hosts Faddiley got off to a flyer when Danny Lavalette ran through and netted after just 13 seconds. Further goals followed from Derice Richards (2) and Chris Stokes in a 4-1 win with Ben Durkin getting the consolation for The Raven.

The Lions beat Salvador 4-2 with Luke Benchir, Jay Entwistle, Danny Roberts and Russell Schofield on target. Salvador scored late goals through Aaron Walker and Mason Farrell.

Division One newcomers Winnington Sports Club drew 2 -2 with Audlem thanks to goals from Ryan Sim and Tom Hughes. Will Cork and Alain Burcea scored for Audlem.

Broadhurst FC edged a tight game at Sandbach Town thanks to Danny Martin's effort.

JS Bailey went down to defeat (1-2) at Cuddington FC, with Ramires Machado netting for JS Bailey.

AFC Talbot had Dan Bebbington, Matt Wilkinson, Declan Scott and David Johnson on the scoresheet in their 4-3 win at C & N Utd for whom Tom Hayton, Mark Green and Jordan Prince replied.

White Horse came from behind to beat Talbot 3-2 with goals from Alex Dale, Adam Smithies and Rhys Spence. Ryan Moss and Mike Hickson were the Talbot marksmen.

And Nantwich Pirates claimed their first win of the season by beating Princes Feathers 3-1, thanks to two goals from Joey Hilton and one from Brandon Broadhurst. Mark Robson netted for the visitors.
