A CREWE-BASED Covid-19 jabs centre is appealing for people to attend a walk-in service this weekend.

The Crewe Honda Centre on West Street is offering the Pfizer vaccine to anyone over 18 on Saturday and Sunday (July 3 and 4).

Part of the showroom at the motorbike dealership has been deployed to run a successful pharmacy-led vaccination centre over the past five months.

In a statement it said: "This is a golden opportunity for everyone to simply walk in without an appointment and receive the all-important jab."

Centre staff are anticipating the call-out could lead to large queues and are asking people to be patient.
