Crewe man pleads guilty to possession of knife following serious incident in Staffordshire

A Crewe man had pleaded guilty to possession of a knife and two counts of intimidation - following a serious incident in North Staffordshire.

Christopher Lowe, 38, of Gresty Road, was alleged to have brandished a knife and made a threat to stab a woman last year.

The incident on Caroline Street, Longton, Stoke-on Trent, happened on Monday 28 November, 2022.

Lowe was arrested following the incident and remanded in custody.

The Crewe man denied having a knife at the Stoke address to Staffordshire Police.

Lowe attended Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on Monday 27 February.

He pleaded guilty to the possession of an article with a blade or point and to two counts of intimidation.

The incident on Caroline Street, Longton, Stoke-on Trent, happened on Monday 28 November, 2022 (Google).

Lowe will be sentenced at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on Friday 31 March.
