Crewe man, 50, charged following incident at Nantwich Library

A drunken man who acted aggressively and stole a book from Nantwich Library this January, has been charged in relation to the incident.
On Wednesday 7 January, Cheshire Police were alerted to an incident at the Beam Street building.
Library staff reported to officers the male had been hostile and had committed theft.
On Saturday 17 January, the 50-year-old man, who resides in Crewe and tracked down and arrested by police.
The man was charged with theft and a public order offence. He will appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Monday 19 January.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "In the afternoon of Wednesday 7 January, staff at the library reported there was an intoxicated male being aggressive and on leaving stole a book.
"The suspect was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning before being charged with theft and a public order offence.
"He was refused bail and will appear at court on Monday morning."
