Crewe firefighters rush to 'out of control' log burning stove in South Cheshire

Crewe firefighters rushed to an 'out of control' log burning stove in South Cheshire - before the blaze spread further.
The incident on Murrayfield Drive, Willaston, happened at 7:18pm on Saturday (January 7).
One fire engine from Crewe quickly arrived at the scene - approaching the area with caution.

The log burning stove was out of control - spitting fire in multiple directions.
Crewe firefighters used water to put out the blaze before it spread and caused serious damage.
No one was hurt during the incident.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "A log burning stove that was out of control was attended by firefighters.

"Water was used to put the fire out and they used a thermal imagine camera to check the area."
