Crewe Christmas 2023 pantomime producers on lookout for young dancers

The pantomime producers of this year's Christmas production at Crewe are on the lookout for young dancers, with auditions this weekend.

Pantomime producers, Imagine, are looking for young dancers for family pantomime, Cinderella, taking place from Friday 8 December until Sunday 31 December at Crewe Lyceum Theatre.

Auditions are being held on Sunday 24 September from the theatre at 10am, with registration starting at 9:30am.

They are open to young performers aged between nine and 16, currently in the school years of four to 11.

This year, X Factor winner, music artist and musical theatre star, Matt Terry, heads up the cast of Cinderella as Prince Charming.

Returning by popular demand is Crewe's treasured dame, Malcolm Lord, as the Fairy Godmother and Ste Johnston as Buttons.

Cinderella is dubbed "The hilarious family pantomime with real X Factor, suitable for all ages, with tons of slapstick comedy and stunning musical numbers."
