A CREWE care complex has won more recognition after being included among the top 20 in the country for delivering domiciliary care.

Belong at Home, the home care service provided by not-for-profit care group Belong, was placed in the top 20 of the Home Care Group for the third year running, a prestigious award presented by leading review website www.homecare.co.uk

It highlights the most recommended home care providers in each region of the UK and the Top 20 Home Care Groups in the UK.

Belong at Home Crewe were placed among the highest rated services in the country based on its average customer review score of 9.9 out of 10.

Based on the reviews of its customers, a position in the top 20 demonstrates that Belong at Home has achieved high ratings for its staffing, care and support, management, treating customers with dignity and overall value for money.

Operating from the Belong Crewe's care village on Brookhouse Drive, the Belong at Home service provides its clients with trained support workers to assist with one-to-one personal care, domestic duties, such as cleaning, food preparation and running errands, as well as companionship and support.

This includes supervising safe excursions outside the home and personalised, home-based exercise initiatives, which are helping to enhance the physical and mental health of customers during lockdown.

Belong at Home also specialises in supporting people with dementia and its customers and their relatives also gain free access to Belong's Admiral Nurse service.
