Crewe Alex unveils new third kit design

By Nub News Reporter 7th Aug 2025

Crewe Alexandra have unveiled their new third kit for the 2025/26 season.

St Luke's Hospice, which provides care and support to people with life-limiting conditions, are once again front and centre on the new shirt.

Whitby Morrison ice cream vans has donated the front-of-shirt sponsorship, just as fellow headline partners Mornflake did last term.

Members of the Alex playing squad are greeting fans at the Alexandra Store this afternoon (7 August) from 3pm as the shirts go on sale.

The new shirts are available online and in-store with £5 from each sale going directly to St Luke's.

Angela Slack, community partnerships manager for St Luke's Hospice, said: "We are honoured to once again be featured on Crewe Alex's new third kit and grateful to our long-term supporters Whitby Morrison for the generous donation of the shirt sponsorship.

"We hope the shirt will raise awareness of the Hospice and the vital services we provide to the local community, whilst also helping to raise funds to support our care in the future."

The third kit features a sleek lilac and white pinstripe design complemented by pastel lilac shorts and white socks with classic black trim.

Shirts are priced at £52 (adults) and £39 (juniors), and shorts are £22 and £20, which are available from 3pm today (7 August).

Ed Whitby, director at Whitby Morrison, said: "St Luke's Hospice, and the vital work they do, is very close to the heart of my family.

"We had no hesitation in donating this sponsorship to such a fantastic cause and hope the new third shirt will help generate much-needed funds and awareness.

"Seeing our company name across the front of Crewe Alexandra shirts for the first time this summer has been among the proudest moments of my life. I'm equally proud to see St Luke's Hospice on the third kit. In fact, it's probably my favourite of all three."
