A local company providing "quality" care is on the lookout for new staff in the Crewe area, who are "guaranteed to be appreciated."

"SureCare is a quality care provider who supports both clients and staff. We are looking for a number of care workers to cover Nantwich and the surrounding rural areas of Crewe, said director, Tina Jones.

With the wellbeing of staff at the forefront of its operation, SureCare believes it is different to other care companies in the local area.

Tina told Nub News: "Ever since SureCare was established, we have always been about providing quality care and providing care for people who can't access it.

"The rural areas on the edge of Crewe and Nantwich are the ones which struggle the most for care and that is where we step in.

"Our staff feel fully supported from the first minute of stepping into their role.

"We will take take people with experience and those new to care, as we provide all the training.

All new team members go through a rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedure, ensuring it continues to provide the highest level of staff.

Tina said: "This job is challenging, and very rewarding and workers support a lot of people with different health conditions.

"Workers are always building their knowledge. Those who want to progress and specialise in certain areas will be invested in by our team.

"Our seniors were both care workers to start with and our team leader has also been promoted twice.

"We want to promote from within so people already know our company, values, ethos and can have that career progression.

SureCare's directors believe in offering its workers runs within the same town or village for each shift, to reduce their travel time.

As well as this, SureCare likes to offer fixed weekly shifts and aims to be flexible for when staff require time off.

Tina added: "We appreciate the travelling around in care work can be frustrating which is why we keep all runs neat.

"All of one worker's runs will be in the same location, meaning they will not have to travel around the likes of Crewe, Sandbach and Northwich.
