Crewe man to appear in court after making indecent photograph of child

A 39-year-old man from Crewe is set to attend court after making an indecent photograph of child - with the person facing more charges.

Sean Mulcahy, formerly of Hungerford Road, is said to have made an indecent category-c photograph of a child.

The Crewe man is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Barrow-in-Furness, on Friday (January 13), to enter a plea.

Mulcahy is further charged with voyeurism by recording another person in a private sexual act.

The 39-year-old received sexual gratification without the other person's consent.

These offences are alleged to have taken place in Flookburgh, Cumbria, on August 14, 2021.
