Linden Homes has launched its sales centre launch for its first housing development in Crewe.

Foxglove Place, located in Leighton West, off Flowers Lane, will deliver 125 homes as part of the town's northern expansion close to Leighton Hospital.

The development includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties, with detached, semi-detached and townhouse designs. Prices start from £234,995.

Positioned off a new roundabout on Flowers Lane, the site connects with Leighton Hospital and nearby routes, placing it around 1.7 miles from the Crewe town centre.

Plans also include open green space, playing fields and an eco corridor, alongside proposals for a new school within the wider site.

Managing Director at Vistry Group Manchester and Cheshire East, Matt Parkes, said: "This event is a significant milestone for Linden Homes, marking our entry into the vibrant Crewe market.

"Foxglove Place is set to deliver high-quality, stunning new homes in a fantastic location that we know will be popular with those looking for a balance of connectivity and leafy green space."
