Since joining Swansway Motor Group back in July 2021, Molly has gone from strength-to-strength, starting out as an Apprentice Service Advisor and working her way up to become a Volkswagen Accredited Senior Service Advisor.

After studying Business and Events Management at Reaseheath College, Molly knew she wanted to dive straight into the working world. With a lifelong passion for cars and a love for family-run businesses shaped by her own background in agriculture and dairy farming,

Swansway felt like the perfect fit. From day one, Molly threw herself into every opportunity to learn, grow and develop.

Her eagerness to build both technical and interpersonal skills has paid off and she's now proud to be part of a supportive team, that always goes the extra mile for customers.

Molly said: "I have a great team within the service department who are all kind and helpful, and who make sure we meet our targets and exceed customer expectations."

Her proudest career moment so far? Earning that Senior Service Advisor promotion, a well deserved recognition of her dedication and hard work.

If Molly could swap jobs with anyone in the business for a day, she would love to step into the shoes of a Head of Business, to see exactly how all areas of the dealership come together to deliver excellent customer service.

Her dream car? The Audi RSQ8, and Swansway says it can't argue with that
