Two members of the Swansway Motor Group team in Crewe are celebrating recent successes, after completing important industry accreditations. 

Ashley Chesters, who has been aftersales manager for over a year, has now officially completed his aftersales manager accreditation.

Ashley brought six years of experience from Volkswagen when he joined Swansway, where he had already passed both the service advisor and workshop controller assessments. 

Maddy Taylor has also achieved her service advisor accreditation. Maddy first joined Swansway as a receptionist at Crewe SEAT in March 2023 and stepped into the role of service advisor earlier this year.

She has recently taken on a new challenge, moving into the sales team as a trainee sales executive, and is keen to keep developing her career in the motor trade.
