What you'll do:

• Carry out all cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor/manager, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules, client policies, and COSHH regulations.

• Wear company uniform and personal protective equipment at all times while on duty, and follow the site's colour coding policy for cleaning tasks.

• Use the cleaning methods outlined in Sodexo's training tools and report any faults with cleaning equipment or machinery to the supervisor.

• Report building defects and near misses promptly to the cleaning supervisor or General Services Manager, ensuring safety and efficiency.

• Attend any required job-related training and fulfill any reasonable management requests to support site operations.

What you'll bring:

• Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and appearance, with a positive approach to learning and identifying personal training needs as appropriate.

• Demonstrate self-motivation, a flexible approach to the role, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while adhering to all Health & Safety practices.

• Possess good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff, ensuring a high standard of service excellence.

• Utilize cleaning experience and Health & Safety training to perform tasks safely and efficiently, delivering service excellence at all times.

• Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and consistently strive to meet and exceed service expectations, ensuring a professional and effective approach.
