The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Abuse Housing Officer to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and smooth operation of our 7-bed supported accommodation service in Cheshire East.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the health, safety, and security of the accommodation site at all times

Promote and monitor the wellbeing of all residents

Manage out-of-hours referrals and respond to crisis situations

Respond to out-of-hours calls across other accommodation sites within Cheshire East

Complete required administrative tasks and reporting

Undertake scheduled light maintenance and cleaning duties

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has an enthusiasm for seeing people thrive

Has experience working in domestic abuse, supported accommodation, or a similar setting

Understands safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and risk management

Can remain calm and decisive in crisis situations

Has strong organisational and administrative skills
