The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Abuse Housing Officer to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and smooth operation of our 7-bed supported accommodation service in Cheshire East.Key Responsibilities
Ensure the health, safety, and security of the accommodation site at all times
Promote and monitor the wellbeing of all residentsManage out-of-hours referrals and respond to crisis situations
Respond to out-of-hours calls across other accommodation sites within Cheshire EastComplete required administrative tasks and reporting
Undertake scheduled light maintenance and cleaning dutiesAbout You
We're looking for someone who:Has an enthusiasm for seeing people thrive
Has experience working in domestic abuse, supported accommodation, or a similar settingUnderstands safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and risk management
Can remain calm and decisive in crisis situationsHas strong organisational and administrative skills
